D-music recording services now mostly specialises in recording voices and producing spoken word material for a range of clients.

However the studio is also available for music recording and is especially suited to recording singer song writers, song demos for publishers and for composing production music to be used on TV, radio or on-line

We do not record band demos - Experience has shown that the D-music studio is not ideal for recording band demos - especially if the whole band wants to play and record at once. However we are happy to record music projects where the final recording is built up with performances recorded/over dubbed individually or with just a couple of instrumentalists playing at a time.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The studio is based around a Soundcraft Ghost 32 track mixing desk with recording via Logic Pro 8 on a Mac Pro. There is a range of outboard sound equipment available including Supernova 2, Roland XV-5080 sound module, Antares AVP-1 voice processor and TLA 5051 channel strip.

STUDIO LOCATION
Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, not far from M40, M1, M42, M6 and M69.

BOOKING DETAILS
Minumum of three hours and bookings are secured on payment of a non-returnable deposit of the fee for three hours. Phone or e-mail for current prices.

SPECIAL OFFERS
10% reduction on hourly rate for 10 hour days.

D-music supports the work of the Musicians Union and offers a 10% reduction on the hourly rate to MU members or to music projects where two or more players hold current MU membership cards. (there is an additional discount for 10 hour days)

OTHER SERVICES

Voice Over training courses and voice over demo recording
D-music has just linked up with Big Mouth Productions to provide the recording facilities for their voice over training courses. The courses are devised and delivered by TV presenter and experienced voice artist Michael Groth. Find more information by clicking here.
